ADDITIONAL ATTRACTIONS:
- Friday 17 April at 6:30 PM Workshop exploring the journey of honey from flower to finished product. Participants will gain practical knowledge about where honey comes from, how bees harvest and process it, and how the local environment affects its taste, aroma and properties. The meeting will include a tasting of honey paired with regional cheeses, a presentation of mead, a strengthening bee pollen shot and a workshop on the preparation of creamed honey with dried fruit and natural spices. The whole session is a culinary and educational experience, showcasing the richness of bee products and local traditions.
