The sessions will be led by Ms. Monika Tankielun, a passionate practitioner of yoga, sound therapy, and bodywork. She offers themed sequences of exercises complemented by moments of relaxation, enriched with meditation using crystal bowls. A key element is the breath – essential for maintaining harmony. Ms. Monika’s guiding principle is: “The body doesn’t get sick... it only shows us what’s wrong.” Following this approach, you’ll learn to listen to and understand your body’s needs during these sessions.
To complete this rejuvenating experience, you’ll visit the Cosmetic Institute for a relaxing facial, neck, and décolleté massage, bringing you to a state of deep relaxation. All of this takes place in a serene setting, perfectly in tune with nature.
