Sławomir Kwaśniewski, Head Chef of Romantyczna Restaurant, invites you to special Slow Food Dinners. Together with an invited guest chef, the Chef duo will prepare a unique dinner full of flavours, aromas, positive emotions and culinary inspirations.
The Chefs’ original menus, prepared mainly from the best local produce and specially selected wines, matched to the flavours of the dishes by a Sommelier, will tell a story of artistry, passion and love of food. During the course of the evening, the Chefs will be preparing dishes live, revealing more than a few secrets of their recipes.
PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES:
- 2 nights’ accommodation in a comfortable room,
- buffet breakfast,
- tasting dinner with wine pairing at Romantyczna Restaurant on Friday at 6 PM. This dinner is for adult guests only. Smart casual attire required.
- à la carte dinners at Oranżeria Restaurant, three-course dinner for adults, two-course dinner for children under 12 from the children’s menu) (price does not include drinks),
- possibility to take advantage of a weekend animation programme, including sports activities for adults and numerous attractions for children,
- relaxation at the SPA Centre (2 swimming pools, 5 jacuzzis, sauna complex, gym and cardio studio),

DATES FOR WEEKENDS WITH THE CHEFS:
- 28-30 March – Janusz Myjak – Chef of the Szósty Zmysł Restaurant at the SPA Dr Irena Eris Krynica Zdrój Hotel 12+. In his cooking he does not avoid unusual combinations, using non-native products to enrich Polish recipes. Although Italian, French or Asian cuisine is also close to his heart, nothing can replace Polish seasonal products from the Krynica region - such as sheep's milk cheese, oscypek, lamb or saffron milk caps. He has a great intuition when it comes to composing dishes with a perfect palette of flavours, as well as colours, creating culinary works of art on the plate.
