The information obligation imposed by the regulation of the European Parliament and the council (UE) 2016/679, April 27 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of service provision and related accounting and tax settlements.

Data processing is required for performing an agreement for the provision of services and the related tax and accounting settlements, satisfying a legal obligation imposed on Joint Controllers and executing a direct marketing campaign – if a separate consent is given with a view to making a contact for such purpose, for ensuring safety at hotel premises and determining and pursuing claims, if any.

The provision of your personal data is a condition based on which the agreement for service provision is entered into and failure to do so shall prevent that agreement from being entered into.

Your personal data shall be stored until the agreement has been performed/terminated/the personal data processing consent has been withdrawn and until claims, if any, have been time-barred, i.e.: six years from the date on which the agreement has been performed/terminated/the personal data processing consent has been withdrawn unless, pursuant to the EU legislation or national laws, such personal data must be stored for a longer period.

You have the right to request access to, and rectification or removal of your personal data or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. You have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory body and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing operations that were performed based on the consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data to the extent to which you had previously consented.
